What is collected while you browse

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages, and where they came from (for example a Google search, or a link someone sent you). Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser and collects technical data: device and browser type, approximate city or country, pages viewed and time on page. The full IP address is not stored.

When you click a WhatsApp, mail or phone link, the click and its channel are recorded. If you arrived through a sales agent's link, the agent's mark in that link is recorded too, so we know who referred you. The message itself never passes through the site.

What is not collected

The site has no forms, sign-up or payment. It does not collect your name, phone number or email address, and does not sell or pass data to others for advertising.

When you contact us

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by mail, the details you send are used only to answer you and to manage our business relationship.

How to opt out

You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site keeps working as usual.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law you may ask to see, correct or delete data held about you. Send the request to yosi@its-yosi.com and we will answer within 30 days.
